Please allow 7-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
Please allow from 5 - 21 business days for shipping, handling and processing, depending on your location.
We will always endeavor to ship items in the fastest possible time, however delivery times can sometimes range from 5 - 21 business days from purchase date depending on the products in question, shipping origin and destination.
Some products may have longer delivery times but in these cases an estimated time will be listed in the product description.
Many of our items including: t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, mugs etc... and a large proportion of jewelry products ship directly from within the U.S.A. These items tend to have faster shipping times when delivered to U.S. locations.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as: Shipping company and postal strikes or mistakes, inclement weather and natural disasters etc...
Any and all applicable taxes, customs fees or duties as governed by the laws of the country involved are the sole responsibility of the customer and shall be paid for by the customer.

Alternatively if you would really like to purchase one of our products you may take advantage of our free continental U.S. shipping and have your item delivered to a U.S. based forwarding service such as MyUS.com or similar and then have it shipped to your home country.

The items are free because of special promotions, special discounts and supplier market testing products for popularity. What it means to our customers is an amazing deal! All we charge is shipping to get the product to your door. These offers are limited so if you happen to come across one take advantage of it while it lasts. Or you could miss out and end up paying the listed retail price.
You may return products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the return period is over, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return. Some items come with a security tag attached, please do not remove the security tag if you wish to return an item.
Any Returns must be authorized first. Please contact us before lodging a return.

"Why is it free?"
We work in conjunction with overseas manufacturers, helping them clear space in their warehouses of product overruns, overstocked items or cancelled orders from major U.S. retail stores. This win win situation helps them to create space for new inventory, minimize their losses and you save big.
"Is there a catch to the Just Pay Shipping Offers?"
Absolutely Not! You would be amazed at how often this comes up. When it comes to our promotional items, some may believe that the deal is too good to be true and they question the legitimacy of the offer but we can promise you that our merchandise is 100% legitimate. If you purchase an item from DealPony, we will do everything in our power to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. The whole point of our promotional items is to increase customer satisfaction and build a loyal consumer following.
"Why is the material inside not always written in English?"
Some of our products are sourced internationally so to eliminate a wholesale markup on those items we often request that the overseas manufacturers package and ship directly to you, so that you can save on unnecessary cost.
"Why do some orders take a bit longer than usual to arrive?"
Some items are shipped directly to you from the overseas manufacturers. If you can wait for about 2 to 4 weeks you will get your item(s) for free or at a heavily discounted price, as long as you agree to cover the shipping and handling.
"Can I Get A Tracking Number?"
In 90% of cases Yes. Once shipped a tracking number will be available and provided once received. Please be aware that sometimes the tracking numbers require a number of days to update. This is totally out of our control.
"I ordered multiple items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?"
Rest assured, your orders will be placed, processed and shipped at the same time, however we have a large assortment of products and not all are stocked in house therefore, when you have multiple items in one order they may be shipped separately to achieve the most expedited delivery time possible. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way and should arrive in close proximity to each other.
"What if I want a refund?"
All you have to do is ask. Your item(s) cost is insured by us. If for any reason your item(s) does not arrive or arrives in a condition not as we promised, you will get a full 100% refund no questions asked. Please see our refund policy for full details.
"Please Note" Just Pay Shipping items are not eligible for refunds (Because they are Free). You can however, cancel your order within 24 hours and it will be honored.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Generally, this occurs because our customers have accidentally entered their email address incorrectly or the email went into the spam folder. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. Check your spam folder first. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us, and we will update it for you.
"What can I do if my gift won't arrive in time?"
If your order was intended as a gift and it doesn't look like it will arrive on time for an intended date, you can print a picture of the item and include it in a special card to let the recipient know what's coming. Please understand that shipping times are out of our control and if your order it intended as a gift, we recommend you order well ahead of time.
