Our policy lasts 30 days on most of our products, some items may have a shorter return period however these items will have the return time specified in the description of the product). If the specified amount of days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Non-defective return items commonly will have a restocking fee charged. DealPony will not accept any returns after the 30 day or specified return period has lapsed. Please refer to product descriptions beforehand and choose carefully before purchasing.
"Please Note" Free + Shipping items are not eligible for refunds (Because they are Free). You can however, cancel your order within 24 hours and it will be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not do exchanges. However, you may simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit minus any restocking fee (if applicable, usually around 15% depending on the item) once we've received your return. Restocking fees may be waived in certain circumstances, only under our discretion. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. If a replacement is requested for a defective product, you will need to return product for a store credit and then you may place a new order once your credit is received. Please do not place a new order for replacement until credit is confirmed. We do not provide return labels for any reason.
Note: Credit/replacement will not be issued without the return tracking number to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Upon receipt of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at, email@example.com to organize the exchange and then we will advise you of the return address as not all returns go to our usual return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product (contact us first to arrange a return as not all returns will go to our usual return address) We will then provide you with the appropriate return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
